We are a residential construction company operating within South West London.

We specialise in extensions and loft conversions and are renowned for our personal approach. Our experienced, friendly and helpful team will guide you through the design, planning and construction process seamlessly.

We know the construction process can be overwhelming. We offer project management services to help ease the way. That means we can cover design and build from start finish (including architectural plans, liaising with structural engineers and planning if needed).

Karrick was in touch straight away, agreed a very reasonable price and did a superb job. He was hugely considerate in his working style, doing what he could outside to keep dust down, cleaning up afterwards and looking and taking the time to get things exactly right rather than rushing.

Despite the job presenting some challenges (poor quality hardware, thin reclaimed doors) he remained highly positive and solution focussed. We would highly recommend his services and would definitely use again for further work.

From our first conversation it was very clear to see that Karrick is extremely experienced in a number of trades picking up on things I hadn’t mentioned as suggesting cost alternatives and ideas. He was so friendly and worked around his schedule to accommodate my timeline. The job entailed creating understairs storage by taking down a stud wall, laying down new flooring and fixing a seperate cupboard storage. Karrick answered all of my questions, got the job done on time, on budget, picked up all the materials and removed the rubbish, which was very much appreciated. I honestly cannot recommend him and his team enough, and look forward to my next job with him. 10/10
